Import your stock count quantities

Import your stock count quantities

Details about the file requirements to import during the stock take / inventory count process.

(Guide for Pastel Partner 14, but older versions will loosely follow the same method).

Instead of manually counting and entering physical quantities on hand for the inventory count, you may have equipment into which you can scan quantities on hand, and from which you can then export these into an ASCII comma delimited file. If this is the case, you can import them directly into the inventory count function.

There are different layouts for this file depending on the add-on modules you are using.
