Recovery Tools

This guide explains how to use the recovery tools, please do not use this unless you have been advised to do so by a support technician.


  • Go to 'File > Maintenance'.



  • Select the option for 'Recovery Tools'.



  • You will need to make a backup first, select a name and a location to save the backup and move into the 'Advance Options'.




  • In the 'Advanced Options' make sure to select all the files to backup and then click on 'OK' to start the backup.




  • The backup will begin, please allow it to complete before proceeding.




  • You will then be given the following options to select from:
